DAVID T. KULESZ
, born in Fort Worth, Texas, on August 29, 1955, was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1979. He was educated at Baylor University (B.B.A., 1977 and J.D., 1979). He was a member of the Baylor Law Review and served as Business Manager. Mr. Kulesz is a member of Phi Delta Phi, the Arlington and Tarrant County Bar Associations, Tarrant County Probate Bar and Tarrant County Family Law Bar Associations, as well as the State Bar of Texas. He is Board Certified in Family Law, and areas of practice include family, probate, guardianship, civil litigation, business, personal injury and medical malpractice law.
